At Hands on Fitness, we care about you, your safety and your overall health & fitness. Exercise should NEVER hurt you but rather enhance your overall wellness, continue to challenge you and be a little fun too! It is our mission to move you towards your goals while helping you move better, move longer and enjoy the process.

We provide safe, well rounded programs of progressive resistance training based on your fitness goals, health history, and any existing physical limitations. We also offer homework, challenges and nutrition advice between sessions to help you build healthy habits that will last you a lifetime.

Training is available by appointment. We work to accommodate your busy work and family schedule. We also offer mobile services and will be happy to meet in your home, condo gym or outdoors.

Hands on Fitness is a private fitness studio located in downtown Fort Walton Beach that caters to the client that is bored with or uncomfortable with the big box gym environment.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One on one, couples or small groups, we have an option for everyone! 

Our efficient and effective workouts will allow you to enjoy all of the general health and fitness benefits that strength training can produce: improved appearance, overall strength, energy, mobility, balance and coordination.

We provided you with strategies designed specifically for your body type, size, shape and lifestyle to help you achieve optimal body composition, health and performance.

Group Classes

Saturday morning field trips, PiYo Live classes….all ages and all fitness levels are welcome!  We offer package pricing or just drop in and join us as your schedule allows.
